TERMS & CONDITIONS:
RATES: The tour prices are subject to amendment/change/vary with the taxes, currency fluctuation with prior commencement to the guest.
CONFIRMATION: Tour must be confirmed 03 weeks in advance along with passenger’s list. Failure to meet the above conditions may result in cancellation of blocked hotel rooms by the hotels.
PRE-PAYMENT: On confirmation, guests are requested to pay a 100 % advance payment.
CANCELLATION: Whenever a confirmed group or FIT is canceled for any reason, the company holds the right to levy 30% as cancellation charges. 70% will be charged before 7 days if tours are canceled. 100% will be charged if the tour is abandoned at some stage, while the tour is still in progress.
RESPONSIBILITY: Adnan tours and Travels acts only as agent for hotels, transport companies, owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or any other services.
Such incidents, which are beyond the human hand (Tour Operator) such as injury, damage, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, loss of life or delay resulting directly or indirectly from the act of GOD. Similarly, hostilities civil disturbance and epidemic. For both, the Company will not be liable to pay any amount to concerned individual or tourist.
Tourist is liable to avail the service which is committed with him/her in a package. In case of availing additional services which are not including in tour package. Tourist is liable to inform the company before availing additional service. E.g. a tourist wants to standard room services of the hotel, on arrival to hotel tourist use executive room services. For that additional service tourist is liable to pay an additional amount to the company.
